I am a fan of that dot.

not flashy and get minimal credit .. but any DC will tell you it starts up front and in GLB - that's the interior line. i'd put my 4 tackles up against anybody.

This is the secret I believe, the one season we won Gold our interior line was dominant which allowed me a lot of freedom with the other players

This. It's won in the trenches. When GCV won gold, D-line was dominate and O-line led the way for the offensive mvp.
