Question: why can't you muti train speed for K/P's?

I think speed is a good candidate for your last capped attribute, as i have found it does make a difference in distance. It's even a minor for kickers . . .

Unclick the box that says "Show only recommended upgrades" on the bonus tokens page. It will give you that option then.
