I'd retire and start over. You're not on a Pee Wee team and you shouldn't have spent your initial SP's until you could hit the first cap.

Better advice, play out the season and get an idea of how things go, retire on day 40, build on day 41 and don't spend your initial SP... instead train until you have enough sp's to get your first attribute to the softcap 48.06.
