So here is the problem. The player was created as a Rushing QB, in which the first two seasons of his career he was "used". Then the following two, the system he was in was in a Casual League where he was called upon to Throw more than he rushed (which was next to never). So, being the team player I am I altered his build to try to at least make his throwing to the point where it wasn't a liability.

Team Owner got us switched from a Casual to a Regular Team, and was told player was going to be utilized as a Rusher again...and two games in he still has yet to get a rush.

So here I am continuing once again to build him well rounded as opposed to just geared towards what his creation/true purpose was.

My Question: Is the build salvagable and is he going to be effective as his career continues? If so, any advice?

Current Stats:

Lvl 35
XP: 158/1000
VXP: 875/1000

Strength: 37.84
Speed: 98.44 (+20)
Agility: 77.74
Vision: 77.74 (+6)
Throwing: 40.44 (+6)
Carrying: 21.64

(Have two sets of Reg EQ: All Speed, and a Speed/Throwing Combo Split. The 2nd set is what is equipped, AEQ Attribute Pts in Vision for both Rush/Pass Help)

+1 Scrambler Tree
+3 Quick Read SA (AEQ) (Again..trying to help this Throwing)
15% Break Sack Chance (VA)
15% Break Tackle Chance (AEQ)
3 Scrambler VA
10 Slippery VA

Currently Training: Carrying (Light)

Looks like a giant mess, which is what it has became. Looking for actual useful advice or an overwhelming agreement that he's fucked and should be retired. lol.

1) I would put all points into strength until you hit 68 while training throwing (strength will give him the arm he needs first to be a scrambler)
2) throwing to 68-77 while training carrying.
