We've got quite a few new teams in Zeta and a lot of new posters in here who I have NO FREAKING CLUE who you are. Seriously, you've posted and I still don't care who you are. Either start talking some trash or get some good dots or something... geeez. Probably the worst promoting class to zeta in the history of dots. My apologies to San Diego for being lumped into that group, y'all actually have a chance to do something this season. 8-8 is a possibility imo. The rest of you are fighting to get demoted it looks like.
Another season gone and we didn't get a WL demotee. That's pretty nice, thank you bort. Gunners are gone up to play big boy ball and OPL Zeta is as bare as its been in a while. I'm not going to do pre-season rankings because we have that coaches poll thing or whatever and to be honest, everybody already knows who the good zeta teams are. Oh and as always, lolalpha
1 Razorback Nation - jl has a lot of his dots back from last season which is good in the sense that they didn't get any worse, but bad because they didn't seem to get any better. Solid team in s18, they will have to put some serious gp work in to do anything this season because a lot of the 'good' teams improved. I see a 10-6 season in their future and maybe the 8 spot.
2 Asau Pirates - This team just gets better and better. Snakes boys are getting older and ever closer to being a top OPL team. They have a lot of dots at 439 waiting to boost to 72. Snakes is actually a damn decent gameplanner and takes dots seriously. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Ass Pirates earn some serious respect and beat some good teams this season. Lets hope the growing pains are over for these guys.
3 Sumatra Sea Hawks - Seahawk has again put together a solid roster, but I noticed something today... NO OC.
If Seahawk does any of the coordinating this season they might as well just mail it in. No joke, Hcreek's defense might outscore the offense this season. I see some other things, but meh, whatever. Sumatra got the 1 seed last season and fucked off in the playoffs (sounds familiar?) expect goodness out of them this season as well.
4 Syracuse Synergy - rb23 sucks. I mean foreal. you are so dumb... soooo dumb.
no but really, cuse has some good dots and they are flat our chumping on fools this pre season. I really like what they've done with their roster and they could possibly be the team to beat. I haven't watched any of their games yet and I probably won't get the chance too until later in the season but they look good. As I'm writing this they just fucking curb stomped GCMM, jeebus.
5 Black Hand Goal Line Mafia - Dot's are getting older, this might be their season to get to play some pro playoff football. Same place as the Ass Pirates really, working their way up and getting closer every season.
6 Thessaloniki Drunken Monks - Who? I know a couple gm's over there. Get a new name. I don't like it. TDM - gross. Ask hali how to do something interesting. 3-13 maybe...
7 Eastern European Alliance - EEA's defense got a little help. Offensively, meh, just ignore us, we ain't nobody.
8 Compton Smurfin' Con Men - Very good dots and very good agents on this team. Hub City is in CPL... lolcpl. 0cares here.
9 Fortaleza Prowlers - who? I don't know anybody on your team and you only have 45 dots... ouch. Fighting to stay in OPL imo.
10 Gold Coast Vipers - some good dots here, eZe is a great guy and always puts together a solid club. High chemistry means they didn't lose many dots which is good. I think the vipers are fighting for a home playoff game, probably 5 seed this season.
11 IC Incinerators - MC has put together a solid roster but definitely needs a couple of WR's. I helped find him a few dots so I know he's got some solid builds. Hopefully by putting more time into his team this season he can put together some competitive games. GL MC
12 Tasmanian Muskrats - muskrat team, good agents and owners here. Nothing bad to say
13 Tonga Titans - Tonga is gonna make some noise this season. Not sure exactly how much, but look for these guys to make the playoffs. 7 or 8 seed I think. Depends on some gameplanning i think.
14 Addict Nation - Addicts have a good group coming back again this season. Shouldn't be too much different than last season. Look for their passing game to be stellar once again.
15 San Diego Supa Chargers - The only new team to win a pre season game, wow. Just got curb stomped by Buda Pests, but that's to be expected. Won't make the playoffs but will at least show up to play.
16 Gensokyo Youkai - What is this? Can we get some normal names, Jesus effin... short on dots. Long season for these fellas.
