Stamina and confidence are the two obvious ones. Then choose either tackling or vision as the third, probably tackling.

Not too fond of that advice.
There are alot of tactics to consider when deciding this, do you have your cap order planned out to at least your first 4 stats? Also what archetype?
Run-stuffer: I would say cap order STR/AGI/TCK/Low Conf , So would suggest agility, speed, vision or stamina, this way agility can continue to rise past its cap points during the point in your career when leveling goes slower.

I use speed, vision and agility for my NT and DT
my NT http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1984829
my DT http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1580055
my Nt has the 3 mains up to level 5 which I attained at the beggining of S18 around level 32 and will continue to train those till they retire
my DT is also at level 5 of the mains I use

Id choose the 3rd 4th and 5th skills you plan on training. once you complete training on agility you can switch it out with say stamina the 6th you planned on training. so for instance you train speed (3rd), tackling (4th), confidence (5th). Id train agility my #2 in line with 3,4,5. Once i got agility finished id sub it with say vision or stamina (#6). that way you can keep training a few valuable things like speed and tackling up in the high digits because they become so valuable. Having stamina in there is just sucky at level 60 ya know. Too many VAs to help with stamina too be stuck with it permanently.

I agree with trichome's method, but I value vision higher. My suggestion for (example) run stuffer DT:
a) unlock 10% enhancement on strength
b) train normal once
c) train relaxed once
d) unlock 20% enhancement on strength
e) train intense till you can cap. Should happen 1 or 2 days after your first game.
f) cap strength while still at level one. Unlock 10% and 20% enhances for agility
g) intense train agility till 23
h) normal train agility till you have enough BT for the next three steps
i) unlock multi-train for vis
j) unlock multi-train for tkl
k) unlock multi-train for spd
l) multi-train agi/vis/tkl spd until you cap agi
m) unlock 10% enhance on each of those when you get the required BTs (15 = 3 training sessions or 24 days, less if you've got some left over from the previous step)
n) unlock 20% enhance on each of those when you get the required BTs (30 = 5 training sessions or 40 days, as above)
O) enhance 10% and 20% your choice of next attribute when you do cap agi (stamina, confidence, heck, jumping ?)
Might seem inefficient but after a lot of calculation and trying, this is what came out as best for me. The "train normal" part might seem awkward, but hey: "Don't laugh, it works!"

Here is my method - (spend bonus tokens as soon as you can afford to)
a) start with strength at 26.47
b) relaxed train strength 2x
c) unlock agility and vision and start 3 way train strength, agility, vision
d) unlock 10% strength
e) unlock 20% strength
f) unlock tackling and start 4 way training strength, agility, vision, tackling
g) cap strength at level 2
h) unlock 30% strength and continue to cap when able until after the cap you want to reach, then keep training it as part of 4 way multi until strength hits 90 and you roll over to 91
i) unlock 10% agility
j) unlock 20% agility
k) unlock 10% vision
l) unlock 10% tackling
n) unlock 30% agility
o) unlock 20% vision
p) unlock 20% tackling
q) When done training strength, alternate training speed, stamina, and confidence all upgraded 20% in the 4th spot while circle capping agility, vision, and tackling. Once you get a major attribute to ht cap you want, go ahead and pay the BT to unlock speed and then rotate confidence and stamina.

I'll take the first (and sometimes second) up to the 81, 83, or 87 cap. i don't just roll it over from there though. I keep training it until I can roll it over from 89.xx to 90.xx or 90.xx to 91.xx depending on which one ALGs have taken it up to at the time.

How many pieces of AEQ can you purchase while multi-training? My first time trying multi-training using VPB, I ended up with only 772 BT at the end of the build.
I think I need to alter it a bit as some stats are way too high lol
Strength: 99.22
Speed: 75.44
Agility: 95.22
Jumping: 26
Stamina: 52.44
Vision: 80.23
Confidence: 48.44
Blocking: 10
Tackling: 78.23
Throwing: 8
Catching: 8
Carrying: 8
Kicking: 8
Punting: 8
44 SP left for VAs..could use a bit more

Well if you use a mix of my method and his, you can tailor it to your preferences. I'll have enough for 4 pieces. He has enough for 2 and a half upgraded one.

although I adjust late in career so I end up with 3 fully upgraded. But by that time I know how many xp my player will end up with to cash in for BT and I can do shopping to see how much I can save that way.
