Eleven Wise Monkeys vs. Bristol Bullets

And while it seems that a 5-0 team vs a 4-1 team should be a pretty even matchup, the Monkeys have clearly shone that they are EXTREMELY DOMINANT and the Bullets have not. With no games agaianst anyone of serious skill i see the Monkeys taking their cake once again, and likeing it.

New York Warriors vs. Dallas Rampage

I was debating this to be the game of the week, but after close consideration i decided against it. both teams are extremely strong, and although i promised not to bet against the Rampage again, i just couldn't bring myself to do it. As the #3 ranked team in the east, i don't see how New Yorks well rounded team could possibly lose to Dallas.

New York Hope vs Alcatraz Island Jailbreakers

The New York Hope have clearly proven themselves as a top notch team despite their 3-2 season record so far. As good as the Jailbreakers Offensive Line is, I can't see that making that much off a difference considering Alcatraz is going to have to pass alot to keep up with the Hope's QB.

Miami Sharks vs Richmond Retros

This is not an upset that i see happening. As Last in the league, The Retros have not proven themselves in any game that they have what it takes to win a single game. It would take a miracle for this prediction not to be true,

Cleveland Firbirds vs. Colonial Zoners

Well i went out on a limb last time and picked a winless team to take a victory, and i think i will do it again. the Firebirds have not beaten any team above .500 and the Zoners have had a really hard schedule so far. this is going to be a close game. And while my brains tell me the Zoners confidence must be pretty low right now, i see them making a few big plays to start it and then rocking a victory

Syracuse Souls vs. Baltimore Knights

The poor Baltimore Knights and the Syracuse Souls are both thinking back on the thrashing they both recieved from the Boston Massacre, a common opponent. Even though the Souls loss is more fresh in their mind, the Knights just lost to the previously worst ranked team in the conference. That has to be a moral loser. Even though both have weak offenses i ss the Souls winning this one handily.

Hartford Musician vs. TCC's Wax-Bustin Warriors

After winning for the first time last weak the Musicians look to be a team that will rise up and grab another victory. While many see a crappy team that just got lucky, i see alot of spunk and talent that just need s few years to get its act together. I honesytly think that the only way the Musicians will lose this game is if their coach and GMs screw up their Tactics once again. Stick with what your good at Hartford, PASS and pass to the TE more. i'd say 45% of the time. Get your high level recievers the ball.

GAME OF THE WEEK

Boston Massacre vs. Luoisville Nighthawks

As the #2 and #4 ranked teams in Eastern Conference Powerankings, these two teams are some of the best in the league. The Massacre have the most explosive passing game in the league, and the previously unproven offense of the nighthawks has come out of its shell. In terms of talent both teams share it almost equally. With playoff implications the winner of this game will most likely hold at least a #3 spot in the conference for the rest of the season. I can see Boston taking this one of they manage to get off their usually 270+ Passing Yrds AND getting at least 180 Rushing yrds. If Boston cannot manage to get yardage on both sides of their offense, i see the nighthawks picking apart Boston's average defense. No offense to the Nighthawks, but this is Boston's game to win or lose. GO MASSACRE!!! (sorry )

"EXTREMELY DOMINANT " I do have to say this has not been the case so far. It seems opposite from last year where our Offense anihilated people and our D was leaky, so far this year, our O has been sufficient and our D has carried us. Who knows where this will take the MOnkeys. Maybe thats just me, I never feel like I am going to win until the fat monkey sings, some of our games have been a few quick scores away.

I like the way someone from another team tries to encourage play calling for scouting purposes - and this is twice I have seen someone try to get them to do things against our D.

Booooooooooooooooooooooooooo

But if ya' want to pass, pass

Drew, never bet against the Rampage! (unless we play them again...).
My Favorite Teams
1. Boston Massacre
2. Whoever beats New York

Hmmm, I seem to recall a t-shirt that is very similar to that saying... what could it be, what could it be...

6-8 kind of a failure if you ask me. But who could have guessed that the Warriors would have lost? I looked at that game, well played by the rampage. And yeah, i won't against them again lol. they have pulled off two upsets in the last two games. (at least by my standards) and that deserves some cred.

UGH! I would have been 7-8 man! What a rip! Well played, but i stand by what i said that Hartford will play better in the future. They did manage to outplay you, but GJ with those 3 FGs in the 4rth quarter. Who'd have thought?

Against our defense? C'mon, that was never gonna happen. Or perhaps you just hoped our D would decide to stay in the locker room rather than taking the field.

I know, easy for me to pick this apart after the game, but did you really think the Hawks D wouldn't keep us right in the game? This was the Nighthawks game to win or lose offensively. And I'm happy to report the Hawks' offense is alive and well, and win the game they did.
