- Change creative route running to update path every 5 ticks, resulting in smoother path

Has anyone tried this yet, seen any differences? If so, what type of WR and which SAs have you invested in?

I boosted my lvl 56 WR and dumped all of the points to get quick cut to 7 in the preseason (90 agi, 115 spd) and changed him over to creative and it seems like it might actually be worth using now... he only got passed to 3 times, but watching him run routes he got open quite a bit and created a good bit of separation, his second game sims at 11 pm eastern tonight so I'll post more results after that.

2nd game was the bomb.com... I'm definitely considering staying on creative now.

Any good plays worth linking to? What type of build?

Is some of the rounding of his route due to creative, or is this normal I wonder?

I wonder what the minimum agility would be to make creative route running more effective than the alternative.

I don't think that was the normal route, I think he was supposed to cut inside and run parrallel to the line of scrimmage, but for some reason the play call isn't showing so i can't tell you for certain... The rest of his plays were pretty vannilla, with some short gains with interesting route running

He wasn't supposed to cut up like he did right before he came back which created some decent separation

I may just be talking out of my ass right now, but the one thing i can say for sure about creative route running is that it is no longer a hindrance for my WR, at the very least I am no longer hamstrung terribly when running on creative. Whether creative directly lead to his success in these preseason games so far is debatable, and there is a possiblity that on exact he may have done just as well. That being said I have a very good feeling about creative and I'm pretty sure I'm going to stay on this setting.

No clue, but if it helps my WR has 90 agility, 70 vision, and 7 points in Quick Cut.

Mine has 89 agi, 70 vis and 9 to QC.

I like what i see from creative. Along with his Catch fake, he has been doing pretty well the pre-season. It may also be that the new vision change for WR has helped alot.

I think I missed this, what vision change are you referring to?

I see most of you guys have up around 90 agility for creative RR, and 7+ QC - is there a recommended base around these levels a WR should have before switching over? Any correlation with super elusive running mode?

I'll give it a try but my Possession WR only has Agility of 80. I wonder how much Route Run is a factor? I only have 5 atm, but plan to take it up to 10 after Sticky Hands.

I don't understand your question, could you rephrase it?
I run on Super Elusive, it's kind of helpful... but usually it's either wide open, run to the endzone, tackled immediately upon making the catch... or rarely i get a short crossing route, which usually allows him to use SE for a little while and beat the MLB before getting tackled.

I've been running a high agility WR

106 agility

I haven't noticed any change of production with super elusive, although I agree that the creative setting change has been effective.

Anyone know if creative route setting effects the use of run route SA?
