His build is open, check him out. I've got 19 Skill points left to spend, but I'm just not highly experienced enough to know what's truly important to a successful elusive back besides the starred stats. Any advice?

Carrying imo

You certainly must increase speed to 77. Also if you're already done your boosting it's a good time to soft cap strength since you can get an extra point in it before second cap. Since he's slow you may want to think about taking speed directly to 81 or whatever, or maybe loading up on strength or at least carrying. Hard to come up with a good suggestion.
