I've been throwing this question all over the forums and can't get an answer. I suspect the answer is yes but there must be official info somewhere....

ya, even though ive seen this answer a couple of times from catch, its still hazy. I don't think it applies to all scrims because if it did, why wouldnt he just say scrims instead of just tournys

LOLscrimmages AND lolpreseason are NOT affected by team chem...thats why they are LOL!

And then I'm going to suggest it be an option available to us when sending challenges. Could be handy for tuning the competition level between teams. Maybe even let it be a variable option just for that purpose. It would allow a broader base of teams available to scrimmage for AI/tactics workouts. Might be handy in personnel evals also...

Of course game results indicate chem is a factor in scrims despite what has been communicated.
