77, 81, or 83?

and how high would you take tak, vis, and strength?

What's the best SA? I have head hunter as my extra....but don't know how effective it is.

depends largely on the order that you cap your attributes, but for a HH, i wouldnt go higher than 77. there are a lot of attributes you need at a decent level as well as SAs that you will want to work on in order to make the most of your build. going higher, and you will start to take away from some of those things. and its not like you will be slow. you can easily wind up with 140+ speed by going with speed to 77.

as for those other attributes, it again, depends on the order that you plan on capping.
