What should be the AEQ for a Return ?
Return Specialist and Change Direction i guess that are two good guess, but what about the others two Eq ?

for a CB, there are a few options... but none of which you mentioned are that great. they are good SAs, but are cheap to raise, so AEQ isnt a good choice for them.

brk tkl or fake % (depending on which route you take)
avoid fumble %
SA pieces that arent in your trees.. things like head fake (especially if you went with juke), stiff arm, PT, or juke if you went spin (or spin if you went juke)

my returner is going with 3 pieces of brk tkl and 1 piece of avoid fumble.

Two break tackle pieces... one avoid fumble piece and one return spec piece. All of them need +3 speed.

Juke is useless, it doesn't work on ST's
Head fake isn't all the great but it does work.
You want spin as your bonus SA and so it will be cheap and you won't need to use AEQ on it.
BT % helps spins bigtime.
