Already got this link per PM, but thx ^^

He is not a GM in my team, he is the offensive coordinator. That does not involve any implication in the recruiting and trading of players, as he has no rights to do that anyway.

i'm confident that tonato will make the correct decision. he's right in waiting it out. corey smith faced a similar problem and he waited it out, and it turned out it was a good call for him.

i learned from the Hampe situation, that no matter HOW BAD it looks, theres always a chance things arent what they seem.

with the indymajor situation, indymajor explained it to me in his own words, and it still made him seem like a douchebag in my eyes.

this situation tonato has in front of him, seems a lot like the indymajor situation though, except the paris musketeers are neither the victim nor the beneficiary.

I certainly agree that no one should make a rash judgement but I will say that no matter what the reasoning is, to sign on to a team and have GM privs, and day 1 (not that any day is excusable) trade a bunch of their players to your real team is a total scumbag move. The only way that this is forgivable is if its completely wrong, which it seems very unlikely to be.

My opinion is that the Admins should highly penalize / ban this jerk as a warning to others. Most people are good folks, but there are a few unmentionables.

I read that tonato got rid of him, and I applaud that.

Yeah I had to check back with my co-owner who recruited him, turned out he emphasized getting the trading rights and helping to recruit a little bit when we signed him (as OC). He didn't get them because it never even crossed my mind to give that to a new guy (I prefer acting carefully with those matters). The facts are pretty clear here, even if his side of the story may be a little softer (player wanting out, which would still not excuse the behaviour). It's a question of building up trust for a long term commitment with the team and that was not possible anymore.

But he acted cool in our team, never asked for any trades, planned every match in advance etc., so there is a good side in him too I guess

The good news (for Valencia, who we are playing tomorrow) is: I will act as OC until I find someone to do it (this time preferably internal recruitment ^^).

Doesn't mean Paris Musketeers is full of "nice boys", if we find a trade where we can screw the other team, we will go for it As long as it stays with the game in an ethical sense, of course.

Haha, I'm not exactly sure how "good" that news is. Y'all are going to be tough and it should be a great game. I just hope I can wake our offense up a little, but with the way your defense has been playing this season, this probably isn't the game its going to happen.

There is nothing wrong with recruiting players, even within your division.

Eventhough we missed the playoffs last season our defense played terrific. But our offense couldn't score. Now that we're able to put up more than a couple of FGs per game we have won 3 of 4. Compared to last season our D is actually a bit weaker in terms of level - we lost our starting FS and let the backup take over.

Should be a very good game today. I'll say it's 50/50

Wow, I really jinxed that pretty bad, huh!

Congrats to Valencia - tons of PDs and Hroth Gar. That was a bit too much for us today!
