I really just don't know if I want to keep this CB around. He's never been very productive, and I'm just not sure why. I think he has what it takes to perform well in the Pro Leagues, but he just doesn't seem to be doing much... so here's the question: Do I boost from 70->72 and ride out the rest of his plateau, or do I just retire him and start him over? Furthermore, if you suggest I boost, where would you put the 12 sp he will have?

Speed is great. Agility is low. I would consider putting your 72 ARQ into agility.

Other majors and minors look really good. I would keep him and pimp for a WL spot.
The only problem I see is you have no % AEQ. I would expect at least 2 deflect pass or intercept pieces.
Sometimes it is best for a CB to not be productive since it means the other team is throwing away from hi.
