points scored I believe is the tie breaker after head to head between the teams tied for that spot

Ah..... in the three-way, they are on the bottom.

Bit late on this but yes in the 3 way it came down like this-
Record- All 9-7, next tie breaker
H2H- Each 1-1 against each other, Next tie breaker
Points allowed:
Wroclaw-492 points
Pa Dong- 527 points
Victoria- 592 Points.

If this wound up with a tie it should then be points scored but it would be pretty rare to have 2 teams tied with PA.
