2) im not even sure what a 'speed CB' is... if youre talking about a CB with 160 speed and 80 agility, then not that. but if you are talking about a 145 speed CB with 95 agility, then thats pretty much what your standard shutdown CB is going to look like.

I think maybe hes referring to the CE tree ? If so most people choose the shutdown tree .
