Like I was saying in the OP, These ratings are results based counting Regular season games and Ranked scrimmages, and Play off games only.
I plan to add more features like: displaying a Strength of Schedule along with the ratings and adding the Copper leagues as well.
In calculating the ratings, interconnectedness of the leagues is dependent on the number of Ranked scrimmages against teams in other leagues. Some leagues are not very connected.

Silver 2, 6 and All Copper are not very well connected. This can cause their ratings to be skewed some. So please take that into account.

Thanks to NiborRis for inspiring me to do this for the Pee Wee leagues. Your WL/Pro ratings are an awesome addition to the game.
Thanks to Pabst for help in gathering the results of games. Capturing these manually is not fun.
