Looking for some feedback on the top VA's for an elusive HB

I have a HB with maxed quick feet, slippery and short yardage monster.

Is a 3% gain to speed or agility my best option?
How about streaky or tenacious

Anyone of those options are decent except for streaky imho.

Streaky is fine for some HBs. Steady grip and track star are good for some builds. MR Reliable is good if you do any receiving.
