I could help you out if you want to make a team, the only really big differences are:
DEs are not going to be your blitzers
LBs are not going to do well without speed to cover a TE or a HB unless they are well hidden within the DPC.
Outside run is extremely effective compared to higher level leagues and linebackers will NOT be stopping these plays.

You should also look for 1 agent to build all your players. It makes for some really fun threads at the end of the season when you find out that agent was slow building and didnt' assign any SP's and just trained the whole season while 'your' team struggled to compete against CPU teams.
