you could actually get to 130 strength, 100 agility, 100 speed if you put the equipment in the right places. That is without sacrificing secondaries (unless you consider 65-70 tackling or vision a sacrifice). Then you would still be able to get 10 shed block and 10 first step.
Edit: BTW - I wouldn't suggest this. 120 strength 100 agility 95 speed, 70 vision, 12 FS, 9 shed block, 9 break through did virtually nothing when I tested it in scrimmages 2 seasons ago. I ended up switching him to 135 strength 95 agility 85 speed and changed tech man out for pocket crusher.
