Dimmy Finster ranks the WEST after week 1.
1. Jebs. (5-0) with impressive win over queensland, this was no fluke. One of the best rosters in the division, all built to the same vision. They also own an impressive demolition of North Bay. Extremely astute owner, as evidenced by his thread "ever notice a certain person uses the forum to influence the game to help his team?" Don't even bother to show, you're DED.
2. Queensland (4-1). Owns a big win over Providence. Still has the best DC in the conference. Has also stomped North Bay. Has a 140 speed DE. And I want to know where WR Lyle Leong got all that speed - when he was with the Silverbacks, he was NOT that fast.
3. Providence (4-1).Does jdbolick still post in their name? Does Picard facepalm? The best roster in the conference that is constantly on the verge of gutting. They only lost by 14 points to maybe the best team in WL, which gives you an idea of their roster strength.
4. Moose Jaw (5-0). Biggest win to date is over MILF hunters, but hasn't played the big3 yet. Traditionally overrated, these guys always find a way to underperform.
5. Montreal Rulers (3-2). Played queensland really tough. Whatever rocklee thinks is the right build for the sim is probably correct, as his WL team is 6-0.
6. Alaska MILF hunters (4-1) - Team "Nailin' Palin" has started 4-1 and probably is about where we all thought they would be. Defensively vs the run they are pretty much in the right place. Vs the pass, they will get after you with the blitz! Just lacking some of the top builds at this time.
7. North Bay (3-2)- they've had the misfortune of playing Queensland and Jebs (DED). They'r probably expected to do better vs these teams, and so did I Other than that, they're still able to finish 5th if they tighten it up a little.
8. Jetnation pride (2-3) - Impressive in a 15-27 loss to Providence, and owns win over TD's and beer. Probably not as bad as they showed vs. Montreal Rulers.
9. Badgers (2-3) - Had the misfortune of a brutal OOC schedule and then playing MJ and Montreal. They're better than their record shows.
10. Nebraska (2-3) - Struggling a little bit here, but these guys are experienced planners and coaches.
11. TD's and Beer (2-3)- I love that logo and I love their devotion to beer. Will have to beat more than 2 CPU teams to be rated higher.
12. COCKS (2-3) - the cocks have won two games with level 49 guys in pro!!! Impressive feat
13. Barren landscape(1-4) - probably played the hardest schedule of anybody so far, with games vs North Bay, Providence, DED, and Athens. i'd rate them higher, but their ownership seems to believe that the only elite builds in this game exist on Blaze and hali.
14. Houston Vikings(0-5) - I still don't understand their fall, but I expect them to win a few games in the second part of the season.
15. United Dark Riders(0-5) - almost CPU
