i was going to continue to cap str to 73 then i was gonna mainly work on spd and agl till at least 81, then ctch, im training jmp, but im just wondering if im going in the right direction.

You should be working on catching over speed if you want to maximize your gains due to catching being a major skill, as speed is not.
