Does going over 10 in CN or BB help? Is there some point at which it doesn't make sense to keep putting points in SAs? With only 3 SAs for a kicker to choose from (and 1 of those being worthless apparently), I could wind up with 4 pieces of fully upgraded AEQ (+6 in CN, +6 in BB, +6 in CN, +6 in BB), and 10 natural points each in CN and BB, for a total of 22 in each stat. Has Bort ever said whether there's a functional max, and anything above that is wasted?

IMO, the points spent going over 10 in an SA would be better put back into the build. Bort has stated there are diminishing returns, but we know nothing about specifically how bad they are.

It's obvious though. Once you're at 10 (natural) in an SA it's costing you 6 points in each to go higher. I'd say it makes some kind of sense to correlate it the the attributes. Most people go to the 6 cap with their primary attributes, so if you go to 12 on the SA's that are most important to you, then it makes sense.
Personally, I would have thought 10 in any SA would be enough, put the SP into your build.

multi training and training enhancers.
Still have 2 AEQ , one in each, use enough SP's to take them up to 12
Maybe a thrid EQ... which will be used for BB on my punter at which point no sp's will be invested into BB... meaning i can avoid putting the necessary 3 points into hangtime and put more points into whatever is left.
(EDIT)
Mixing multi training and training enhancers makes training an attribute above 77 VERY worthwhile.
