I need some hel on what to get on my hard SS, Super Vision ? Avoid fake ? Make Tackle ?

no idea why you'd get aeq for any of these unless you plan on not getting them as bonus SAs.
bonus SAs are way easier to raise than are SAs like monster hit, at the end of the tree, requiring prerequisite investment and increased costs to raise
but I could see getting one of them if you for example, take one as a bonus SA and get the other to 6 with aeq and no SP investment.

stacking % pieces that much is probably not a good idea
and SAs have diminishing returns after 10
also probably better off going with an SA that's favored, like big hit if you're going to try that, because it would get the 20% bonus
20% on top of 4 pieces + 1 custom eq + taking the SA to 4 = 29 + 20% = 34.8, probably rounded to 35, which is an extra 6 points
if you took it to 10 with 4 pieces + 1 custom that would be 35 + 20% = 42, or an extra 7 points
