So, I PMed drk asking if I could take over the tournament as their was no plans to have it in S18...and he said yes, so this will be the official thread of the tournament!
If there is enough interest then the tournament will be a 64 team tournament like the old official PW tourney...but as of now the top teams will get priority, here are some basic things from the old sign up threads:

As always, we will *try* to accommodate any accidental scheduling conflicts, but if it holds up the tournament or puts your opponent in a bind, you will be forfeited.

- I understand and agree the tournament coordinator will schedule my matches for me. (with some flexibility)
- I understand and agree that scheduling another match on a tournament day puts me at risk of forfeit with no refund.
- I understand and agree that double scheduling a tourney match on my own cannot be reversed and will not receive a refund.
