I wouldn't boost these guys. The younger one is not as behind as the older one, but both are pretty bad.

Problems:
1. Spent in SAs too early, and on the level 40, too much. Those SAs in Red are penalized.
2. Agility, vision and confidence are capped before finishing strength and blocking.

at start of build I miss some boosts (those are my firsts players, and I don't knew the rules of the game).
now I go spend all SP and TP in strenght and blocking, until I will complete the cap or I will kill the players and restart build another?

No problem on the english, it's very understandable. For what it's worth, I can't speak any non-english language as well as you speak english.

Whether or not you retire and start over is up to you. They will never be very good.
