Throwing is considered a minor skill for kickers. Anyone trained this up? Is it just a ruse?

ummm... throwing is not a minor for kickers... it might have been pre-archetype, but not anymore.

Let me rephrase, MY kicker has throwing as a minor attribute. I never chose an archetype. Doesn't a blue star indicate a minor skill?

Did throwing help a kicker BEFORE the archetype system.

Thanks Puma. I didn't expect that it did, which is why I've never trained it but at this point in the build, wondered if it was time to.

Nah. You've still got plenty of room for training your sta/spd/jum/agi. Hell, I'd train kicking before throwing

I can't see why it would even be there if I'm honest, because even on trick plays the kicker wouldn't throw. Punters... yes I could see this one day.

My first thought was it might avoid the "Garo Yepremian" (couldn't find a link to the video) ... but they'd have to add FG blocks to the game first.
