Is HANDS worth it, I figure if the entire O-line gets it that would be great but does anyone have any experience off useing it

I have heard good things about it but never been able to take it to more than 5 personally on any of my O linemen. So I don't know first hand.

Had it at 11 on my old dude and it didn't seem to do a whole lot of good then...
