I have 2 level 55 OT's who will be free agents after day 40 of season 17.

They don't have to start but I would like them to be on the same team and would like them to get max XP. They have been on the same team together since they were created. The team they are currently on will be folding after season 17.

Minimum salary is fine. Since they have changed the way GLB does equipment and training there is really nothing to need cash for.

They have used their boost for season 17, but I will boost them 3 times after the start of next season, and will put the 15 points where ever their new team wants
