My tackle is close to moving up a level before next seasons boosts so I have a couple of questions. He is pretty good stopping pass rushers but doesn't get a lot of pancakes so I'm looking to improve him before the start of next season. Thanks for the help.

What should I cap next? Vision, Confidence, Speed, ETC.

I would cap both vision & confidence at 48 as soon as possible since they are both so close. Then it is debatable which skill to focus on while training the others. Confidence and vision both have better ALGs even at this high level but a lot can be said for speed.

Depending on how well your BT is planned out and how many AEQ items you plan to fully upgrade you might be able to sneak in a season or more of multi-training. I have seen real good results multi-training 3 or 4 capped skills over a season or so. The key is to be sure your BT plan can handle the reduced BT that comes from setting up multi-training and from the training itself.

Well I don't want to multi train because I will have enough for 4 AEQ pieces fully upgraded.

I agree with your points about the ALG's but I know there are speed DE's along with agility DE's. I am kind of leaning towards speed to 67 and continuing to add EQ upgrades to strength except for one piece which will be an agility added piece.

Sounds like a good plan. I still would cap vision and agility with your next levels. That way vision and confidence can earn more points while you work on speed.
