Absolutely terrible.......
Your primary should be much higher by 11, your other stats are in the dumps, and none ready to cap, have you been training him at all?
Should have had almost a full season of quad training under your belt already. Terrible terrible terrible.... Remake asap.

Also , do not make your players until day 40 or 41 , they will benefit much more from this.
