We're not going to re-sign our roster and we're going to voluntarily demote to Cap 1 or 4. Feel free to contact our agents directly if you're interested in their dots.
Cearbhaill and I have been running this team since March 26, 2008, and Alfalfa joined us in Season 2. We started in WE A#1 and have been running our farm system since WE AA#1, so we're a little tired and have decided to simplify. And real life has taken us away from the game for big chunks of the past two seasons, making it hard to consistently gameplan.
I'm probably wrong, but I think us and Bonn are the only remaining original WE teams still in WE. We went from WE A#1 to WE AA#1 to WE AAA#1 to WEPL to WE AAA#2 to WEPL. That's nearly a 30 month journey to this point and it's time to just start over.
Maybe we'll be back here eventually and maybe we won't. It's been fun even though the forums are like ghost towns now. We've struggled with this decision for two seasons, but the 188-125 debacle with NBA was the final nail in the coffin (not blaming you guys...it was eye-opening, that's all). We've lost too many agents along the way and the gap between our farm generations is too big to be effective beyond AAA when real life keeps you away from the game.
Best of luck to everyone in the playoffs.
