Figure out how many sp you need to put into minors and SAs. Then figure out how many levels it takes to get that sp. At that point you know what level you have to stop spending sp in strength.

Its such a tough call. If I knew sa's like strong base, relenetless pursuit, and blitz worked I'd maybe stop at 81, but the thought of them not working very well makes me think the only thing that matters is attributes ATM

Even if they're crappy SAs (and SB is penalized too) they're probably worth more than 7 SP for one point in str. 4 levels of Sp for 3 points in str just seems like a waste. Key word is seems I guess
