also, where is the respect for speed fb's. everybody is dogging them and says they are worthless, but i can get 10-15 ypc out of them every season from lvl 14-30

VA depends on build... rusher or scatback?
Once you get ten points streaky would be a great choice, along with slow starter... so on good days during the second half of the game you would get an 11% boost to speed
And then track star to get ~5% boost to speed
And I'd go hometown hero to get the 15% bonus to stamina in home games... stamina will be important for a speed back.

This is just based off of what you gave me... speed FB, I don't know your dots role on the team, nor do i know what you intend him to do, those are just the VA's I'd choose to maximize speed.
