Look for a +3 Strength piece in the store.

+3 Str +5%HB

This with your 4th piece being Pancake. That's what I'm doing with my C. I'm only missing 2nd piece of Hold Block right now.

OK...I just rolled 6 times and didn't even come close to a +3 strength +5% HB. Is this even realistic?

You can build it

At your level, there is not much in the store.

Guys at least tell the dude he wont find +3/SA or 5% eq until what level 60? 50s youll get +2/SA or 5%. 20s you can find +5% eq and upgrade it for 40 BT, total of 55BT. 45 less than the 100BT required to build it.
