Run blocking C, right now trying to 3cap strength, and unsure if that's the furthest I should take strength. What should I do once I 3cap strength?

To MINIMUM 74. Although some people go as far as 83 or so.

Try to keep your majors within 2 caps of each other. To put it simply 2nd cap from 1st cap saves you 100% more sp's/level but going from 2nd cap to 3rd cap is only 50% more sp's saved if that makes sense 2/1 vs 3/2 so keeping your majors within a cap or 2 is more efficient than tripple or quad capping 1. This ofcourse is the otherside of an argument that the longer you cap just 1 the longer you can train your others cheaply without having to spend skill points. Basically where you might have screwed up is not getting at least 2 majors to the softcaps before multi-training the 3 4 5 6 skills(and getting the majors even tho you are going to train them to 49 when they are around 35 or so to get the auto level gains which aruond 35 becomes more than the train gain differential)
