Sorry to say it, but RR could not hack it in WL Zeta.

Clearly the toughest Conference in GLB.
I wish our next EEPL Zeta Champ all the best luck. They will need it.

WL is no joke. Having spent 2 seasons there with Sofia, YIKES. Especially when the top teams up there continue to merge with each other. Truely the best of the best.

Ballers were there for 3 seasons in a row.

Battle Chickens were there for 3 seasons in a row.

It's not easy to compete consistently at that level. Drygerian Hoblosion ( whateverthefucktheyarecallednow) are the only team to have been in the world league right from the start. That's what, 7 seasons ? and we've had two teams that have been there for 3 of those seasons each.

How about some of our rivals ?

OPL would be nothing without So Cal and to a lesser extent the Gurupies who transferred their entire squad over to an OPL team from the USAPL.
WEPL - Bonn Dynamo ( arguably best team in the game for a number of seasons... )and uh, who else ?
APL - Are District 9 the first team from them to stay up ?

EEPro has done very well all-in-all in the world league, particularly considering we are considered as one of the weaker leagues in the game

I am not sure if we count for EEPL, but we had 3 consecutive seasons up there too.

Good points there. Though, for the record, Carthage is staying up there also for APL, and Dakar Dragons managed 2 or 3 seasons as well. (They were the 9th ranked team that stayed, when the APL conference winner declined a few seasons back)

I'm not sure that's the case anymore.

history is a tough thing to shake

CPL is a joke but still has great respect. really, until we stop sending teams up to WL and being 1 and done it won't change. not a slight to any team - i'm 1 and done twice now in WL.
