ouch. that's really bad. I mean at lvl 54 you're kinda stuck at this point. I guess if you haven't invested in SAs (though looking at that build and the eff lvl/sp i'm guessing you already have) do that. Otherwise probably want to keep spending on speed till the 6:1cap to try and salvage it. I mean if you're at 72 now, you could get it to 77 with 19sp i think and then with lvl 64 eq he could be at like 115speed or something which might help a little. I dunno though. Really nothing can be done unfortunately

Yeah, agreed with chronoaug, speed to 77. Then, agility and vision to 74 and stamina to 48.
