I'd say that every LB, regardless of type, needs Make Tackle %.

IMO - head of steam would be the 4th SA, but I wouldn't touch it until I had 10 in DB, FS, and SV.

A lot of people would agree with you there, but with current state of SIM at WL/Pro level, I want a blitzing LB dedicated solely to disrupting the pass game. Right now I feel the best bet is for teams to dedicate all 4 DL to stopping the run and then looking to get pass pressure from the blitz.

In my most humble opinion, I personally don't think shed block % is important, mainly because your LB goal is to get to the QB UNTOUCHED.

So, in my opinion, you should go:

First Step
Disguise Blitz
Super Vision
Blitz (though I'm not so sure on this one)

That works as well, (although I'm not sold on blitz but I guess any little bit helps).

The only thing is if going that route then I would want more speed on the LB. I'd probably go up to at least the 87 cap and probably take it to 90, then take agility to 81.

I love wrap up tackle.
I have 2 LB's that had almost identical builds until like level 40.
One I built strength at level 40, one I built vision.

The smaller & weaker of the two misses far fewer tackles even though strength & tackling scores are significantly lower. The only differences are 5 vision and 3 in wrap up tackle.

yep. 30 BT to add a 2nd. 60 BT to add a 3rd.

because with super vision, you will pass more vision checks faster

Is it possible on this build that Shed Blocks SA provides a greater bonus than Break Block% would. We all know BB% is better with 120 STR and 90 Agility, but is it still better when you're only rolling with 70 strength and 85 agility? Could the flat bonus from 6 SB exceed 22% of the LBs somewhat puny break block roll?

Or would Head of Steam's increased block avoidance be more fruitful than helping an ill-fated break block roll?

Just thinking out loud.
