I cant understand why we cant sem to win,is it that we are over matched ?poor game planning?We have like 18L in a row,i took this team over and hired 2 good GM'S (they have championships) and its just not comming together.I will not bail on my team or the players but im frustrated.

just unlucky i guess... over matched in the league above... you should have had a good shot at Las Vegas and Oklahoma... (based on last year)

Fort Worth and Oregon are games to look forward to this year. (No offence to those sides as the Aggies seem to have improved lately)

I found your weakness in player builds. You have some high lvl's, but they were not built well, and some of your players are open to public view, and I focused on your weak spots.

Same with me, can't seem to have any luck at all on offense, and defense isn't too strong either. Any advice?

Without knowing deeper details of your team, which I doubt you'd want to divulge, I really can't say for sure.

It does look like you're a little overmatched by the rest of the Western teams, but that is just something that you'll have to live with, at least unless your players have some boosts available.

Keep your head up, you'll start winning soon enough. Just keep trying everything until you start winning. Watch the other teams and how they play and how they run. If you feel you need to recruit to beat the other guys, try your best at recruiting. So what if you have a learning season this season bro? Next season you'll be ready to dominate. Hope you get in the groove soon and start winning.
