After this season should I retire this dot? http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2157463 and I need help with the build

I'd retire, he has only soft capped a minor attribute and will lose out on a tonne of ALGs that will cripple his build long term.
If you want to keep him for 10 seasons and boost every season if you fix that build fully he will probably only play AAA football

I somewhat disagree with the other guy. Not entirely because he is ultimately correct, but if you continue to train your other major skills, you can still make a pretty solid player. Hard hitters aren't going to need to be speed guys, but in the end, you need it anyway. Ehhh. If you can, retire him, but he's salvageable. I've seen a lot worse.

Seeing as he's your oldest player, I would keep him around for a couple seasons just to see what the game looks like at higher levels. Once you get some other dots up and functional, then retire him.
Retiring now would mean waiting another season to see a mature dot.
He's off to a better start than this guy was:http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1316953 , and his career was/is still enjoyable to me.
