well well...lets see if you girls don't agree with me more this time around!
1. Semarang Red Bulls 5-1 naga SoS: 16
You can't argue with what Red Bulls have done so far. Put away 5 of the top 10 teams in Naga and stumbled a bit to a 6-0 garuda team in W1. I'll let their SoS speak for itself.
2. East St Louis Tire Fires 6-0 garuda SoS: 14
Just as Red Bulls has the Tire Fires just done great so far. That W6 is just epic and just that humbling win over Knights is pretty sweet. Top 3 material!
3. Apatity Awesome 5-1 naga SoS: 10
Met a lot of 3-3 teams and have created a great spot come playoffs for the Awesome-o's. But it was quite a big loss to Red Bulls which does mean I'm still a bit vary of Apatity and their play down the road. Still strong start, but still has all the top teams left.
4. Bangalore Monsoon 6-0 garuda SoS: 10
Still got a lot of dot-ball to play before they can claim homefield in the playoffs. Not the best of teams they have met so far, so we can only hope they will show up big in the coming weeks.
5. Buffalo Rampage 6-0 garuda SoS: 10
Great wins over some okay teams. But overall super wins but some huge margins. W1 and W4 are superb wins. Still needs to show what they can do the next four weeks, tough schedule boys!
6. Palembang Drunken Monks 5-1 naga SoS: 9
Just as the 2-3 teams above them (in these rankings) - they haven't met a lot of top teams six weeks into the season. The stretch down the road will be tough, but I do believe in the Drunken Monks.
7. Cambodian RiverRats 6-0 garuda SoS: 9
Still love that W1 win, but other than that... really not much too see here.
8. Hong Kong Hustlers 5-1 naga SoS: 8
Very poor loss in W5 if you want to mix into the top. A couple of wins over middle teams doesn't really set you up for greatness in my book. It will be fun to see how the Hustlers do with the real teams.
9. Bacolod Skullcrushers 5-1 naga SoS: 7
Great team, just haven't won over other great teams other than Pudong Skyfire. So, so far there is a long way to the top (if you want to crush skulls). Plus losing to Pa Dong isn't super, however great a team they've been in the past. But when their record is 3-3 it's just not great.
10. Lucid D.R.E.A.M. 5-1 garuda SoS: 6
Other than W1 they haven't won over any other of the top teams. They lost to Da Nang, and then just went coasting.
