Good or bad? I have heard different opinions on this for a WR.

Yes, it's a good VA for a WR. Works even better if the whole group has it.

How many points can you load into streaky?

depends on your level, but 15 is the max.

So the ratio of good to bad days is then 80/20? 4 out of 5 days you will get +5% to everything?! That sounds like the best *** VA ever.

its actually only 78/22... but its not like that extra 2% to have a bad day is much of a deterrent. that being said, i wouldnt use on every dot. there are some positions that could really hurt you if they have a bad streaky day. WR, it doesnt matter too much.

only use streaky when you can put 15 points in it. 1 or 2 points is a rather bad idea.

everyone says this but I don't care I'm crazy enough to have..... All three of my level 26 WRs vet points in it. I know insane.

I know we'd never actually see this represented, but the SP Value of a build on a good day with 15 points in streaky would just be off the charts.
