ok sounds good im capping str ASAP but how high does str actually need to be? just cap 1 or higher? Thats what Im trying to figure out since this is my first Power WR and I have no clue how people have made them in the past...

Since you have so many attributes to cap for a Power WR, I'd stick with all attributes to the 3rd cap and no higher.

im still working on trying to get a solid plan for my GM's cap 4 team's power WR... there are a ton of attributes that need capping... it makes my mind hurt.
but for VAs, bruiser, YAC attack, streaky, and possession receiver would be good options. would make you a beast in the short passing game.

if you want him to be decent blocker then stop working on jumping after 1st cap and start on blocking
