Tell us about him, you haven't boosted yet in your first two seasons. Are you going to boost in the future or not. What is your plan. We can't advise you if your future is so up in the air. Do you want to peak at level 40ish or 70ish (NGTH with you not boosting yet but still.)

If you're not going to boost, I'd target 4th caps in speed/agi, double capped vis then single capped str/tck/con/sta
