I want to make a return man but I have no clue how to. Could somebody show me a build guide please?

i dont think there is an updated build guide out there...
but if you go speed to 83, agility to 78, carrying to 68, strength to 68, vision to 60, stamina to 48, confidence to 48, SAs: FS, QC, extra
then you should be pretty good. other people may tell you to go slightly different routes, but thats kind of the jist of it, and thats how im building my returner fwiw.

your next attribute. for example, while pumping speed with SP, train agility. when pumping agility up with SP, train carrying.
