My DT had the same number of hurries in S16 as S15 but sacks all but went away. I don't want to change my build plan so i only have VA's to spend for now. Pass Rusher, Pocket Crasher, Clutch, something else?

not sure you will see more sacks, but definitely want bull rusher instead of clutch.

Okay, I was hoping to see one that boosted speed other than the attribute one for speed.
My current build is 98 strength, 70 agility but only 23 speed. I don't want build speed yet so am just looking for a short term boost to speed.

There isn't a VA other than track star that really boost speed for a DT, and track star only gives a significant boost if you are already fast.
jump the snap gives you a better jump, but is only good if you already have a significant amount of vision.
Bull rusher won't make you faster, but it will help you break the block faster. If you want a good DT long term, whether it be run stuffer or pass rusher, then do what you can to break blocks.
