Need some help with my build. I have a level 38 FS who's effective level is 35 and I can't seem to close the gap. Here are his stats

speed and vision are way too low

You need to get your big 3 up higher, speed 77/ vision 74/ agility 68 minimum. You should train jumping up to 40 so you can use the ball hawk VA, quick is not a very good choice imo. After that's done you can move back to strength to 60. Also I would not put another point into SA's until your at least at those levels on your attributes. You may want to go higher since you didn't get the auto level gains that people who took them that high first are getting.

and sadly, you probably wont be able to ever close the gap. the gap is only going to get bigger as you level up.

The gap hasn't gotten any bigger in awhille is should still be able to salvage the player

well i didnt say you cant salvage the player. but the gap will get bigger simply because of how ALGs work.
