Well at least now all PeeWee owners know that if something goes wrong, you can bitch your way to getting what you want. Way to go GLB, no more money spent by me until crap like this ends. For everyone who doesn't know what happened...

Permanstone bitched about a team being promoted to Gold long enough and sent enough support tickets to get the team demoted to Silver and a team HE co-owns to Gold. Along the way, he called the owner EVIL among other things and than PM blocked and sent complaints about anyone who had something to say about the issue. In other words, he ran away like a little girl..

Unluckily for PC, his team was sent down to Silver unjustly and had to deal with an issue that should never have been brough up.

He is 100% right, he should have never been there to begin with so stop crying when it was the wrong thing to do in the first place. I've had several teams ask me if i wanted to take their place in Gold and I give them the same answer every time. I wanna earn my way to Gold, its privilege not something that's given to you. If he would have earned his way there the right way, no one would have had anything to bitch about. End of story

I agree with you, except he isn't right. He didn't earn his way in. He didn't even win his conference championship, he doesn't deserve to be there. He just bitched like a pansy and got his way. Something tells me he was a spoiled brat as a kid and crying always got him want he wanted.

Now, had it be a real snub, I could fully agree, but until he actually did deserve it, the last sentences aren't relevant. (BTW, I'm not saying PC deserved it, but if he did get an offer and accepted it, then it's his right to go there)

Answer to OP.... bottom line is it really doesn't matter how "good" or whatever you think this team is. That copper team never should have been promoted to gold even if Lord Evil owned the team end of story... They skipped over many well deserving silver teams that have gone lets say 13-3 or better for the past however many seasons and have not been promoted to gold. The promotion "script" or way that GLB does it is definatly not the way to go. Promotion has just turned into a popularity contest instead of a system to promote teams in a fair way. I could make it to gold now and request demotion and I could put any team I want in gold as long as they are semi competitive... I really don't see the logic behind that type of promotion. MoM was also asked to move up to gold but I declined because I think gold should be the most competitive it can be and we are non boost/non custom, but it they are going to start letting copper teams (not deserving of gold) just straight to gold then I would imagine you will start to see Pee Wee keep declining season by season with the competitive silver owners just quiting because promotion can't be handeld in a proper way.
