I am wondering what attributes are from most to least important for an all around STOP. I am having a hard time drawing up a build plan for them. My idea is as follows:

Speed>Agility>Strength>Blocking>Vision>Tackling

Stamina is always important but not a factor in terms of the build process. I usually stack stamina when playoffs approach.

Anyone have a different approach or thoughts? I am fucking clueless.

Original "must assign" SP into speed then agility. Train speed a few times on light to get BT's. Open vision and tackling on multi. Train speed/vision/tackling on multi until speed hits 28 and approximately 90%. Then switch to agility/vision/tackling. Put SP into speed until carrying it to about 53-55 natural. SP goes into agility next to shoot for 35-40. Enhance vision and tackling once as soon as you can. Move to training strength with vision/tackling on multi once you start dumping SP into agility (after getting speed to 53-55). Put at least 5 SP into stamina at some point. All EQ and CEQ in speed.

The end.

Edit: This doesn't apply to a returner/K/P.

I no longer believe that more than 3-4 STOPS are even possible anymore.

Return Man
Aura of intimidator - A DT that is on all field goal attempts with 10 points into Aura, also plays NT1 and is in on all 3rd and long
Two big speedy blockers.

Everyone else should be coming off the bench imo. You need 7-8 CBs and 6-7 WRs imo, which reduces the number of Stops.

Speed ends up being more of a crutch on ST than it does offer an advantage, I'll agree it is most important a player have the correct speed for a position, but it should never be their highest attribute.

When I first tried out St's, I built them exactly like a run block Center, they did ok

I like to make sure all of mine can also kick or punt in case my starter gets injured, so I build them like this:

jumping > kicking > punting > stamina > tackling > blocking > confidence > agility > strength > speed

That has worked well for me.

i'd say speed to 48, agility to 48, vision to 30, stamina to 30, tackling to 15
maybe some jumping instead of that much stamina
